ISSUES IMPORTANT TO OUR DISTRICT
PRO LIFE
Jeremiah 1:9 (KJV) says I formed you and knew thee before thou were born. We need to protect life at all stages. Together, we can work to make Minnesota a state that honors and respects the dignity of life.
ELECTION INTEGRITY
We need confidence in the integrity of our elections. Fair and legal elections ensure our Constitutional Republic. We need to work together to eliminate voter fraud, end vouching, and implement voter ID.
I am PRO LIFE
Jeremiah 1:9 (KJV) says I formed you and knew thee before thou were born. This is all anyone needs to know to protect life from the unborn to the oldest among us.
CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS
This includes free speech, religious freedom, and our 2nd amendment rights to keep and bear arms.
The Bill of Rights is about us and not the government. Government has no right to limit our rights and freedoms as citizens of the United States of America.
LAW ENFORCEMENT
God bless everyone who are our peacekeepers (Matthew 5:9 KJV) and keep our communities safe. Bless everyone who answers our 911 calls. We must support those who protect and serve with honor and courage. Law and order must be maintained so our communities are safe and can thrive. Holding criminals accountable for their poor decisions needs to be a priority. Thank you to everyone who provides this valuable service to our communities, and this includes our fire departments and EMS.
LOWERING TAXES
Minnesota has one of the highest tax rates in the nation both for individuals and employers. To truly make Minnesota a great place to live, work, and raise a family we need to lower taxes for employers and employees allowing people to keep more of what they earn. We want small businesses, manufacturers, farmers, and investors to make their home in Minnesota. When we reduce and eliminate the tax and regulatory burdens for our small businesses our economy will thrive.
SCHOOL CHOICE
Education needs to be student focused.
The best decisions made for a school district are when they are made at the local level. We need to empower parents to have choices in what is best for their family. We need to encourage excellence in reading, writing, arithmetic, and eliminate division.
Thank you to all the teachers for the work they do to prepare the next generation of leaders.
AGRICULTURE
Agriculture is vital to the State of Minnesota. Legislation must be agriculture friendly.
